About
In this book and in his previous book, "An Unbroken Line to the American Revolutionary War and the United States Civil War", Thomas Moore has an unbroken line from himself through his father, Sherman Alonzo Moore (1916-1968) who served in World War II, to his father, Alonzo Moore (188601956) who served in World War I, and to his grandfather Edward Edmond Moore (1828-1916) who served in the Confederacy during the United States Civil War, and to his grandfather, John Moore (1758-1836) who served in the North Carolina Militia during the American Revolutionary War. His wife was Sally Goodwin and her family were Toreys. Toreys were Loyalists to the Crown of England and it was through her family that one comes to the Wyches of Viriginia. Henry Wyche II, in particular, would be the Moores' Gateway Ancestor through this one line. Both Sally Goodwin and husband, John Moore (1758-1836), had their own separate lines to the Royal Houses of Europe, Charlemagne, and King Merovech.
