Deborah McGlawn is a career medical professional, wife of over 30 years, mother, and the Founding Executive Director of Ch8sing Waterfalls, an outdoor equity nonprofit she founded in 2017 on the belief that nature belongs to everyone. She is also the Founder of Euneeda Concierge, a virtual back-office support service for founders, clinicians, and nonprofits, and the creator and host of Ch8se Chats in Choppa, a live community spotlight podcast.

Author of Ch8sing Waterfalls: Pain Turned Passion Into Purpose and Ch8sing Waterfalls: The Ch8se Within, Deborah is a Bronze Anthem Award winner, REI grant recipient, and nationally recognized speaker, podcaster, and advocate for diversity in the outdoors. She lives by the rallying cry she built a movement around: "Brown Faces in Green Spaces."
