About the Book
More than a travelogue, New York is a tribute to the early days of a shared life, where every street corner felt like a beginning. Through candid street shots, architectural details, and fleeting glances of strangers, this book invites you to see the city not just as a place, but as a feeling—vivid, vulnerable, and full of possibility.

About the Creator
Born in the small town in central Brazil, João Corrêa Neves Junior left his homeland in 2003 at the age of 20 in pursuit of a dream: freedom. What began as a search for personal liberation became a life-changing journey. In the United Kingdom, João not only discovered what freedom truly means, but also found love—meeting his future wife Patricia, a German expatriate living in London. Together, they have made the British capital their home, while also living in four different countries and traveling to nearly 30 others. Along the way, they’ve encountered incredible people and captured unforgettable places around the globe. Through his writing, essays, and photography, João's message is rooted in freedom, love, reason, and truth. His creative work reflects a deep belief in the transformative power of self-liberation, guided by his Christian faith. “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” – John 8:3
