In October of 2008, two of my sons ventured to Mozambique, Pemba Africa. They stayed for ten weeks to train, study, pray and reach out to those who are hurting, lost and in need of a Savior. While there they experienced an entire different world. The journey consisted of long hours, sleeping in tents during outreaches, limited bathing and food rationing along with temperature over 100 degrees. What they encountered were orphan children in need of love, hope, home and a family. By purchasing this book, all proceeds will go to a non profit organization called Mercy 29 who supports orphanages in Africa.
