I have a handyman business in the Castro and have always lived independently After completing the Peace Corps (Peru), I was a school teacher in NYC for a short time before coming out here to be where I had always wanted to be-SF. I started a community newspaper in the Castro in 1995 that went for a couple years. A community garden that I started with a friend is still going as is Positive Resource, which I started on a word processor in my livingroom is still going. One of my passions is a geometric language I developed. You can see it on this website: geometricks.com I also have done some videos which you can see on YouTube by searching bob burnside
