On October 11, 2008, six Bands from Los Angeles armed with a generator, and a van full of equipment, played in six different locations around the city, without any permission from local agencies. Their friends and followers joined them on a race across the city in a venueless pursuit of music.
This book is a photo essay of the days events, and a tribute to those who really love music for music. The book has over 350 images, and 150 pages of friends and bands involved with Papermade, Pehrspace, KXLU, and the local music scene in L.A. in general.
It features the bands A.M., The Happy Hollows, Dirt Dress, The Widow Babies, Traps PS, and The Primos.
