I was born into the Christian faith. I did not choose what religion I was affiliated too. I was christened before I had the ability to question the many miracles the world has to offer. Throughout my upbringing I have always had the ongoing presence of Christianity; from the early years of carol services at Christmas, prayers before lunch and the annual nativity play. Even today the constant signs of Christianity seem to infuse into society in an all manner of ways. I found myself growing in curiosity at my own ignorance.



I must make clear that my own religious view is that of an agnostic. One might consider this being a method of ‘sitting on the fence.’ I regard myself as a mildly spiritual person; I throw salt over my shoulder. Is this not a misguided faith? I set myself a month (31 Days) to engulf myself in the Evangelical Christian Faith. Each day I have taken a portrait of myself in addition to a diary entry in the attempt to document the physical and emotional changes that may occur.



This book acts as a document recording the personal journey of discovery as I attempt to become a Christian, or more so ‘Religious’.
