    Since her son recovered from his severe eczema by changing his diet, she started learning about the important relationship between health and diet and now in training of getting a nutritional consultant certificate. With her skill of Japanese cooking, she started “Eco Kids Playgroup”, which is to promote healthy and eco-friendly living for children, in 2007. She also teaches cooking at Whole Foods. A working mom of 9 year old girl and 5 year old boy.
