These poems attempt to express with honesty the reality of my experiences with M.E. and my ongoing journey to discover what it might mean to live my life to the full. I offer them with gratitude to those who have supported me and in the hope that they might contribute in some way towards greater understanding of this bewildering illness, also known as CFS, CFIDS & PVFS.



I have been told these poems have been of help to those suffering from other chronic illness and those who support them.
