About the Book
This book contains all the paintings that were exhibited during my 30-year career as a professional artist, which explains the simple title of "Oeuvre", a short-cut for saying "the complete works of". To clarify, there are other paintings I've done earlier, before I began my career as an artist, but this book is focused on those shown in curated exhibits, gallery shows and museums. They're the physical evidence of a career I've loved deeply; and I can say, with great honesty, how very glad I've been throughout my years in the profession to be able to say when asked what I do, "I'm a painter."

Norma Jean Anderson (Norma Auer Adams)
Louisville, Colorado
After a thirty-plus year career creating paintings and works of art, Norma Jean Anderson (known professionally as Norma Auer Adams) has turned to writing. The subjects covered by this versatile artist have included stories about her paintings, memories of a beloved pet, and postcards from her father, saved from childhood that reveal how San Francisco in 1945 saw itself through its penny postcards.
