    About the Book

    Edit

When 15-year-old Avery Williams finds a fake ID in her mom’s closet, she starts to suspect that her parents are hiding something. Avery tries to investigate it, while also juggling the increasingly heated drama between her and her former best friends. Unfortunately, all she gets are more questions, not answers.
Meanwhile, Olive Chen, who is just graduating from middle school, finds a strange photo when cleaning out the attic of her old house. After she does some digging, the photo starts to reveal connections that hit a little too close to home.
Avery and Olive are about to learn what really happens when someone starts to question what the truth means.
