About the Book
The Hula Girl project was created to honor, respect and celebrate pacific island women and cultures with both reverence and humor. The artwork is made up of positive and joyful female representation. The creation of this collection is my direct effort to reclaim and reimagine the image of the modern day hula girl for women and girls to possibly relate to a get excited about.
