Dear reader,

Through a series of lucky events, the details of which I will not go into here for
reasons of discretion, I have been invited into the world of apples. To my great
surprise, the world of apples is very similar to the world that I come from.
Maybe it shouldn't have surprised me so much, considering that apples and
humans have a shared history since the time in the Garden of Eden.
