A day in the life of my father who goes out of his league with his spirit animal, the horse, to assimilate back into normal family life, catching up on the so called missed years of domesticity. All images were shot in San Luis Obispo county in one day and records an intimate encounter reacquainting myself with our complex paternal relationship.
