Since I am not an arborist, my relationship to trees comes primarily from hiking and photography. This book was not planned, it is simply the result of taking photographs while hiking. The images range from individual trees to groves of trees to forested hillsides, all displaying their calm greens of summer, their flashy colors of autumn., or their white coats of winter.
