    Clara Matilda, creator of Clara’s Guide to Eating More Plants, is a graphic designer with a passion for sustainable eating and baking. She was born in Gothenburg, Sweden, but grew up across the Atlantic Ocean in sunny Arizona. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Arizona State University with minors in Psychology and Digital Audiences, she packed her bags and moved back to Sweden. She can usually be found illustrating or designing packaging in a coffee shop or on Instagram @claraxmatilda.
